EmJ Edit
Over the years I have turned down countless brand deals with companies that had ethics which didn't match mine. This is a difficult thing to do when they are waving high £ signs in my face...trust me! But what it's meant is that I now have an amazing community on my channels of people who REALLY care about the stories and ethics behind the brands they are supporting. I think that's pretty special.

My followers are ethically aware, conscious consumers who want to hear about products that benefit thier lives without harming animals or the planet. They are mostly into beauty, style, wellness and motherhood.
PAST COLLABORATIONS
It was a real honour to help market the new plant based Tangle Teezer and bang on my target audience!
I have worked with the amazing Botanics for 2-3 years now and adore sharing thier gorgeous products with my followers.
Years of working with The Body Shop in many ways from shooting campaigns to being on stage. A recent campaign we worked on together was to celebrate the newly formulated Fresh Nude Foundation.
"Working with Em-J is always an absolute Joy"
She has an incredible eye and her passion and love for her work shines through. We have loved all of the looks she has created for our magazine covers.
— Emily Murphy, Picture Director, Womens Health Magazine
“Working with Em-J was one of our most profitable buisness moves to date.”
I reached out to Em-J to consult me on my brand English Mineral Make-up. She helped me create a clear vision for my website as well as my social media. She produced and directed a video shoot for me with her amazing team which showed my products in a light i never imagined possible. Honestly it has transformed my whole brand.

After years of sticking to my ethics, my followers know that I would only advertise something I believe in.
I steer away from the super 'salesy' approach on my socials. I try to make it as natural and genuine as possible.
After 17 years as a Make-up Artist working on many celebrities and global campaigns- I feel like people pay attention to what I reccomend.
My specialty when it comes to content is as follows - you can expect a standard of excellence, communication, and cooperation.
I certainly do one-off campaigns for brands yes, however I see a huge benefit to working on longer term partnerships. My followers get used to me talking about a brand or product so the trust only grows that I genuinely rate it. I mostly work with a brand for a 3-6 month stint and deliver regular content through that time.
No I don't work for commission only. However If you reach out to me for gifting, I appreciate it if you can set up an affiliate code that I could earn money. If i like the product I will mention it in posts which are relevant. However, Please don't expect free advertising in exchange for products. I can't pay my bills with shampoo. ;o)
No I don't work for brands that test on animals (or that allow a third party to test on animals). I don't really ever talk about brands that have parent companies that test...however some brands I understand it is slightly more complicated. Reach out anyway, and let's discuss.
If you're into Cruelty free makeup, Ethical fashion , Motherhood, Celebrating being a women or just want to discuss the best dairy free chocolate... Then we need to be friends!
